Knee Band
I use the hip circle by Slingshot and used to warm up the glutes before squats.
I recommend using them in training if you are having continued knee pain. It may be caused by pronation in one or both ankle. Send me a message if you have specific questions.
For beginners

For squatters squatting over 315lbs, use

Wrist Wraps
Used to stabilize the wrists during squat and bench press.
I use Gansta Wraps from Mark Bell

Theracane/Rolling Stick
Used to relieve trigger points.
I use mine specifically for the back to relieve kyphosis – theracane
I use my rolling stick for my quads specifically.

Foam Roller
Used to relieve major muscle groups
I am currently in the process of aquiring a Grid X which I recommend for advance users because of the firmness

For beginners try

Trigger Point Balls
Used to relieve specific trigger point areas

Peanut Ball
used to decompress the spine.
DO NOT PLACE THE BALL DIRECTLY ON THE SPINE!
ALIGN THE BALL ALONG THE SPINE! IF YOU DON’T KNOW ASK FIRST!
