I use the hip circle by Slingshot and used to warm up the glutes before squats.
I recommend using them in training if you are having continued knee pain. It may be caused by pronation in one or both ankle. Send me a message if you have specific questions.
Used to hold weight for long periods of time and to reduce stress on the forearms.
Any generic straps will do. These are the ones I use.
