Last night I hit an unplanned PR on deadlift! I finally hit 500 lbs! Since it was unexpected, I didn’t get it on video myself. My buddy Josh was recording on snapchat luckily and I’ll drop the video below. With that being said I finally have a combined total of 1200 lbs.
Squat: 405 best in training
Bench: 300 best in training
Deadlift: 500 best in training

I also signed up for Maryland state championships yesterday. The competition is on May 13, so I still have time to solidify these weights. If I can maintain this strength as I drop from 157 to 145 again, I’ll be ranked top 20 in the USAPL in the 66kg class. This is exciting!
