“Don’t attack the symptoms, find the cause”
How many times have you heard that? Now let’s get the wording. “My back hurts. I think I need a massage.” What do you think about that train of thought? People then get the massage and then they temporarily feel better, but ask them again in a week or two, the issue comes back. Maybe your issue is that you sit for 3 or more hours at a time. “But I work in an office.” I know the office doesn’t restrict you from getting up and walking around the office every hour whether it may be 5 minute to the bathroom or 10 minutes to get some fresh air. Most studies show that people in offices who go out for their lunch break are more productive than those who choose to stay in the office and eat their lunch in the office.
GET UP AND MOVE!
For those of you who don’t like to weight lift or run, do it for your general health. Get your blood circulating! If you have high blood pressure, cholesterol, or diabetes, I can tell you a solution that can solve all at once. Lose some body fat. I promise you will feel better and you might even look better.
