I’m switching over to a hypertrophy workout again today because I only have 30 minutes spaced out to train and I break more of a sweat in hypertrophy work than my heavy powerlifts. I could train after clients at Gold’s, but you know life gets in the way. If only life was work and lifting and sleeping…Well today was a pull/push workout that emphasizes on pull to strengthen my back so I can hit a future PR on deadlifts.
Bent over barbell row (135 lbs)
Superset with Push ups (bodyweight 164)
Lifefitness iso row machine (115 lbs)
Superset with incline dumbell flyes (25lbs)
Pull downs with V grip (100 lbs)
Superset with flat dumbell press (50 lbs)
Cool down with 5 minutes in the bike
