Since I came back from San Diego I hit the ground runnin’. I got home around 10 PM last Wednesday. I went to bed at 1 after dinner at Silver Diner and got up at 5:30 for my office job. I get off my office job at 4:07, drive my car an hour to continue the grind, Gold’s Gym. I start training clients from 5:30 to 8. I get home at 9 and start looking through thumbtack.com for more clients till I pass out. Then Friday comes along with the weekend for some down time.
All this to say when Monday comes along and I’m coming down with a cough and runny nose. I hit it again Monday through Friday grind, 14-16 hours work days. 5 days in a row I still can make room for a 30 minute workout at my office gym. Although I’m lucky enough to have a gym in my office, I would still make room for my fitness because it’s apart of my goal.
