  2. 135lbs – 5 reps
  3. 185lbs – 5 reps
  4. 225lbs – 1 rep
  5. 245lbs – 1 rep
  6. 275lbs – 1 rep

1″ Block Press

  1. 225lbs – 4 sets of 6 reps
